Comment I'm not sure exactly how to model this, these are resources about the languages but not necessarily one language per link and maybe multiple links per language. --John Cummings (talk) 22:17, 28 January 2020 (UTC)- Comment I recommend creating an item for each resource (as a work in itself - if not already in Wikidata); then this would make a basic external ID for these resources.
