When athletes decline or retire, their page is moved to another URL with an unspecific pattern, such as http://www.usatf.org/athletes/bios/TrackAndFieldArchive/2002/Crear_Mark.asp or http://www.usatf.org/Sports/MUT/Mountain---Ultra---Trail/Anne-Riddle-Lundblad.aspx, for instance.
