Hi,
I noticed today that there were 14 property proposals ready for creation, so I'm volunteering to help with some of this backlog. I am pretty confident with the process, after proposing various properties myself and commenting on many others. I have read the policy and I am happy with it.
Shameless plug for the properties that I have proposed:
- Ringgold ID (P3500) - used on 105358
items (a proprietary database of institutions, sadly used by ORCID)
- IPv4 routing prefix (P3761) - used on 2366
items
- IPv6 routing prefix (P3793) - used on 2766
items
- Mastodon address (P4033) - used on 23564
items
- ROARMAP ID (P4203) - used on 1154
items
- mandates (P4424) - used on 355
items (I need help to fill this one! Please put it on the bills and other policies you care about)
- CNRS research group ID (P4550) - used on 2671
items

- Done I have given you the property creator right. Take a look at the Wikidata:Property_creators#Steps_when_creating_properties (I have also written down my own opinions about property creation). As far as your reasoning goes, we create 14 properties in half a week. I'm worring a lot more about the total backlog of open properties that's at 140. The proposals that are open for months can profit a lot from added eyes. ChristianKl (✉) 01:24, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
