Ceased its operation

@Pamputt, Edgars2007, Thierry Caro: Is there any option to send a bot to remove this property from athletes? They have ceased its operation. [1]. --- Løken (talk) 19:12, 4 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

i don't think that would be a good thing to do. Simoly remove formatter url. Curretly at tablet, will make changes when i'll be at computer, if nobody else does that. --Edgars2007 (talk) 19:29, 4 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
I think this would be good. We only need to add some kind of property to indicate that this is non-functioning website. --Edgars2007 (talk) 07:21, 5 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. I dont know how this cind of things are sorted =) --- Løken (talk) 11:26, 5 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

hi, i wanted to add for the record that i believe the All-Athletics ID is still used internally in the IAAF's new system, as aaId. i don't yet fully understand the relationship between an athlete's IAAF ID (the number in the URL), their "IAAF code" (the number displayed in the iaaf website body), and their All-Athletics ID, but i do think they are all centrally connected somehow, and in the long run we should keep all three as some services may only identify one of the numbers, or the IAAF may switch their primary URL identification number to one of the other two. --Habst (talk) 19:50, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
