30 декабря 1922 года договор был подписан в первом чтении (автор статьи Геннадий Ефименко — старший научный сотрудник Института истории Украины НАН Украины, специализирующийся по межвоенному периоду). Реально набрал силу 6 июля 1923 года. См. Союз Радянських Соціалістичних Республік#Заснування. Потом, лет через десять, начали переписывать историю. PS: и вот тут, газета с передовицей «Вторая годовщина СССР» (я её фоткал в библиотеке еще в 2014 году, и тоже тогда сильно удивлялся, какой еще июль?). --AMY 81-412 (talk) 12:25, 12 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
