Merging itemsEdit

Hallo Frlgin,

For merging items, you may want to use the merge.js gadget from help page about merging. It has an option "Request deletion for extra items on RfD" to automatically place a request to delete the emptied page. This way of nominating makes it a lot easier for the admins to process the requests.

Hi Cycn, yes I already use merge.js, and I get to know it better by time. For now I'm not really confident with it and may make some input which creates buggy requests. Sorry for that, it will fade soon. How did you notice me? Because of the Bulk deletion request? Regards, Frlgin (talk) 12:53, 4 February 2014 (UTC)
Yes, I believe so. But I point a lot of people, mostly new starters, to merge.js. I even scripted it scripted it. -      - (Cycn/talk) 13:03, 4 February 2014 (UTC)
