Support One can link directly to the site using IDs (e.g. http://www.mlat.uzh.ch/MLS/?viaf=88708780), but this would be a way to link to the ones not matched to anything. Do they state anywhere whether those 'tabelle' references are stable? AndrewNJ (talk) 22:27, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
- @AndrewNJ: I assume they are stable, but unfortunately I haven't found explicit statements. The link through VIAF is good, but for some entries (e.g. http://www.mlat.uzh.ch/MLS/xanfang.php?tabelle=Campanus_Iohannes_cps23) it isn't possible, so I think this ID is still needed. - Comment I've found many entries which link to wrong Wikidata items (some tens link wrongly to Fabius Planciades Fulgentius (Q932714), e.g. http://www.mlat.uzh.ch/MLS/overview_by_author.php?author=Barbato_da_Sulmona and http://www.mlat.uzh.ch/MLS/overview_by_author.php?author=Baratella_Antonio; other examples or errors are http://www.mlat.uzh.ch/MLS/overview_by_author.php?author=Autpertus_Cassinensis, http://www.mlat.uzh.ch/MLS/overview_by_author.php?author=Boiardo_Matteo_Maria, http://www.mlat.uzh.ch/MLS/overview_by_author.php?author=Benedictus_VIII) and these errors have reflected in automatches on Mix'n'match. In order to avoid importing from Mix'n'match wrong matches, I'm checking each match manually.
