Motivation

This Internet portal was launched exactly two months ago - on June 8 of this year and is still in test mode. Many people call the portal, created on the basis of the articles of the Great Russian Encyclopedia, a copy of Wikipedia, but its important feature is that the articles are written in it by authoritative experts.   @ArthurPSmith: The connection lies in the fact that both the portal and the encyclopedia were created by the same publishing house - the Great Russian Encyclopedia. If in the original Great Russian Encyclopedia articles were written by a team of reputable researchers, then on the encyclopedic portal "Knowledge" anyone who has academic degrees can become the author of an article. But on this portal, articles are formed on the basis of the Great Russian Encyclopedia with the involvement of additional sources of information - libraries, museums, institutes, universities, etc. MasterRus21thCentury (talk) 21:16, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
