- Motivation
Mendeley (Q1580044) is a desktop and web program produced by Elsevier for managing and sharing research papers, discovering research data and collaborating online. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 13:37, 23 March 2017 (UTC)
- Discussion
- I would guess that Mendeley also has a way to refer to papers, so I think it would make a lot of sense to call the property "Mendeley person ID" or something similar. ChristianKl (talk) 16:19, 25 March 2017 (UTC)
- I prefer to use existing article IDs for that purpose, and if there turns out to be an "Mendeley article ID" in the end, the name disambiguation can also happen there, instead of preemptively solving it now. --Egon Willighagen (talk) 09:47, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
