Nope, no one's using it. It's a template I created today (for stuff like the above #‎Bulk deletion request: deleted from fr.wp). I changed its name soon after creating it, and have already swapped out any backlinks in my userspace. In the sense that all three are disambiguation pages that include links to articles on species of quail, yes. As with all disambiguation pages, there are of course differences (e.g. the English page doesn't take into account people with the last name "Quaglia", for obvious reasons), but the bird species are the unifying trend. Hmm. Well, in the spirit of starting with the easiest parts, we can definitely merge Q1364662 and Q3926647, right? The de-wiki and en-wiki pages are both solely about "Quaglia" as a proper noun, so it seems appropriate that they be the same item.
