Task/s: Create Wikidata items for "Kulturdenkmal in Hamburg" (heritage monument in Hamburg - Q28661501) from the official list "Denkmalliste Hamburg" (P1822 is the identifier for this list) published as http://static.hamburg.de/fhh/opendata/kb/DenkmallisteHamburg.xml.

Function details: Python script based on pywikibot framework.
- Convert XML file, normalize data structure, convert UTM coordinates to lat/lon, ad Postcode
- Find suitable items for P31
- Set P131, P276, P625, P1822, P571 etc. corresponding to the list data
- Get additional information for e.g. P18 and P373 from lists in de-Wikipedia as de:Liste der Kulturdenkmäler in Hamburg-Allermöhe
A first test output is Q115860960.
