Discussion edit

item-requires-statement constraint : Performer vs Voice Actor edit

The suggested constraints Performer and Voice Actor are at odds with each other. Each character will likely have only one of those properties, not both. Even though both are "suggestion" constraints, that doesn't remove that they are at odds with each other. And, the description of suggestion constraint indicates that lack of the constraint "suggests additional improvements, and violations are not as severe as for regular or mandatory constraints."

Lacking one shouldn't be a violation (however minor), as long as the other is included. Since each LezWatch.TV character will have one or the other, using exceptions for these constraints will mean nearly all characters will need to be entered as exceptions (currently approx 6,000). It would be nice if a complex constraint can be created, so the constraint is one or the other. Koziarke (talk) 21:45, 28 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

doubting the source edit

How should I be dealing with this? I really don't want to debate the sexuality of any fictional thing, but when a character is demonstrably not gay despite this website claiming otherwise, what should I be doing? Is there a qualifier I could use? —Xezbeth (talk) 05:41, 11 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
