Links work in property documentation, but not in individual items

Can anyone figure out why the links in the property documentation work just fine, but in the property examples in P9401 itself and in the individual items the links do not work? UWashPrincipalCataloger (talk) 21:49, 15 July 2021 (UTC)

The % gets url-encoded to %25 on the main property page, but not on the property talk page, see en:URL_encoding#Reserved_characters. I think it's either a bug or an implementation to cover some special edge case. Sotho Tal Ker (talk) 22:24, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
