Bonvenon al Wikidata! – Welcome to Wikidata!Edit

Welcome Fleur-de-farine! You may add some help tools to user:Fleur-de-farine/common.js or (if you use the vector skin) to user:Fleur-de-farine/vector.js . Please see User:Rotsaert8000 (in Esperanto), Wikidata:Tools, and Wikidata:Tools/User scripts for candidates you may add. On the user:i18n-page you will see all WD gadget links. It takes time to see what fits most of your interests. Good luck! Please feel free to use the Wikidata Sandbox item: Wikidata Sandbox (Q4115189)     for your first steps adding some statements see Wikidata:List of properties. If you want to notify a user you may use {{ping|foo bar}} at any place on this wiki. Regards gangLeri לערי ריינהארט (talk) 22:53, 26 May 2014 (UTC)

  • Thanks for your welcome! I'm kind of old-fashioned and prefer to write articles but will try to use Wikidata if the need occurs. Fleur-de-farine 18:12, 24 May 2014 (UTC)

Merging itemsEdit

Hallo Fleur-de-farine,

If you were not already using it, you may want to check out the merge.js gadget for merging items. It has an option "Request deletion for extra items on RfD" to automatically nominate the page you are merging from for deletion. This way of nominating also makes it easier for the admins to process such requests. For support and other options you can check the help page about merging.

With regards, - cycŋ - (talkcontribslogs) 15:11, 9 October 2014 (UTC)

  • Ok, thanks. Couldn't understand how to do it. Things has changed.)) Fleur-de-farine 15:18, 9 October 2014 (UTC)

MergingEdit

Per this request for comment, merged items should no longer be deleted, rather redirected. You can accomplish it with the Merge Wizard that can enabled in your preferences (once you've enabled it, you can find it within the "More" menu of any item). Cheers! :) --George (Talk · Contribs · CentralAuth · Log) 17:54, 25 February 2015 (UTC)

About Q186599Edit

Hello, please do not add descriptions beginning with a, an or the. Moreore, all labels (unless grammatically incorrect) should be written in lower case. You can read WD:L and WD:D for further references. Have a good day, — TintoMeches, 00:27, 2 March 2015 (UTC)

All right. Sorry for that. Fleur-de-farine 01:45, 2 March 2015 (UTC)
No problem. Keep up the good work! :-) — TintoMeches, 02:25, 2 March 2015 (UTC)

No nameEdit

Please refrain from removing valid links from items. Your edits do not appear to be constructive, and have been reverted. If you would like to test out editing, please use the Wikidata Sandbox. Thank you. --Andreasm háblame / just talk to me 13:55, 25 July 2015 (UTC)

  • Please note, that Educationists ≠ Educators. Educators are generally equal to pedagogues in many languages. That category may contain teachers and professors of higher education together - while educationists don't teach but rather work in the theory of education instead. Take a look, en-wiki doesn't correspond to fr-wiki and others at all. You've mixed up everything and now it's completely wrong. And please don't try to merge the specialized ru-article about teacher in ancient Greece with much more general "pedagogues" anymore. Fleur-de-farine 16:33, 25 July 2015 (UTC)
