Babel edit

Babel lets you view and edit more than one language on Wikidata. Just add e.g. {{#babel:de-N|en-3|es-1|fr-2|nl-3|it-4|da-0}} to your user page. With the same language codes you can add links to your userpage on Wikipedia e.g. de:User:User123. --Tobias1984 (talk) 16:57, 25 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Merging items edit

Hallo Risukarhi,

For merging items, you may want to use the merge.js gadget from help page about merging. It has an option "Request deletion for extra items on RfD" to automatically place a request to delete the emptied page. This way of nominating makes it a lot easier for the admins to process the requests.

Hi Risukarhi! I have seen your edits at many pages about WMF projects and want to let you know that the number of Wikidata:Database reports/WMF projects has increased to more then 409; there are pages from Wikibook project pages to Wikiversity and Wiktionary project pages. Racquet sport edit

--Stryn (talk) 16:06, 21 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Racket (tai racquet) tarkoittaa ainoastaan tennismailan tyyppisiä mailoja. Suomenkielisen termin "mailapeli" alle kuuluvat esimerkiksi baseball, kriketti, jääkiekko, golf ja poolo, joten se on käsitteenä paljon laajempi kuin Racket sport eikä siksi kuulu samaan Wikidata-kohteeseen (Q2426135). Yhtä hyvä tai huono kohde olisi Q2238071 (Bat-and-ball games), koska bat on myös suomeksi "maila". Yritin aikanaan etsiä Mailapeli-artikkelille vastinetta muista kieliversioista, mutta en löytänyt. Jopa artikkelille fi:Maila löysin vastineen vain saksankielisestä Wikipediasta. En halunnut luoda Mailapelille uutta kohdetta, koska se aiheuttaisi myöhemmin ylimääräistä vaivaa, jos sopiva vastine kuitenkin löytyisi jostain. --Risukarhi (talk) 16:37, 21 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Finnish articles edit

Hello.

Can you translate and upload the articles en:Azerbaijan State Economic University, en:Baku State University and en:Azerbaijani Wikipedia in Finnish Wikipedia? They should be short.

Yours sincerely, Karalainza (talk) 11:19, 22 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Eh, my answer is the same as the one here. Still not interested. --Risukarhi (talk) 15:06, 22 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
