In a nutshell there are two problems

existence of long and short scales (Q725503): e.g. billion can be 10^9 and 10^12
non latin naming systems are added into the items about latin number names

Proposal

every latin number name gets instance of (P31) numeral (Q63116) like in immeasurable (Q846640)
other sitelinks get into the item about a number like in 10^63 (Q11011185)

sinking of the MV Sewol (Q16338015)/MV Sewol (Q16725122)

Kowiki, enwiki, fiwiki have both types of article, but the other sites have only one of them. Dawiki, dewiki, frwiki, etc. have MV Sewol article, while the other have Sinking of the MV Sewol article. Because the ship Sewol became famous for its sinking, both types of article share similar contents. Currently, all interwiki links are in Q16338015 for this reason.
