I don't fully understand this quantity, but I think it would help to qualify these numbers to show the base temperature used for these calculations, and maybe qualify with other methodological details. I'm assuming here that Italy uses one uniform kind of degree day; if there are multiple reckonings in use, please correct Italian degree day (Q106651574) accordingly.
