Motivation edit

Getty Images (Q1520122) is one of the world's largest commercial photo libraries; having acquired any other such libraries over the years. They have images of people and events which are often not depicted in free images.

Note: if I use getty.com gettyimages.com, I'm redirected to getty.co.uk gettyimages.co.uk - can people in other countries check what they get? Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 19:17, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion edit

Not done per above. I've had a quick look, and this site does have identifiers for "events" and "child events" (e.g. 2019 Formula One World Championship (Q41173535) -> 775314359, and 2019 Australian Grand Prix (Q60853029) -> 775279042), but if anyone wants to pursue these, they should be proposed as a new property. --99of9 (talk) 02:12, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
