Motivation
Lambiek is the most important and widely accessible English-language resource for biographical information on global cartoonists. It contains articles on thousands of dead and living cartoonists from 60+ countries and is linked to on over 3000 articles on en.wp alone. It was launched in 1999 and still continues 8 years after the death of its creator, so it is likely to remain active and updated for some time. Gamaliel (talk) 23:54, 3 April 2018 (UTC)
