OpenCritic (Q21039459) as it turns out has a database of gaming media outlets. Each ID in the database contains all the video games that have been reviewed by various game critics. I was able to scrape all IDs from db, although some of them are broken for unknown reasons (e.g. [1], [2], [3]).
