Motivation

This new Wikidata property for items about astronomical objects (Q21451142) would improve our coverage of exoplanetology (Q3809431). The website it would point to is designed in such a way that exoplanets are dealt with on the page of their system. That page can't be reached without one knowing the ID for at least one of the exoplanets in the said system as a system does not have a proper ID. Thierry Caro (talk) 10:00, 22 August 2018 (UTC)
