Motivation

I have imported a substantial number of chemical compounds in recent weeks. In order to interlink them better and characterize their relationship, one crucial information to add is when they are stereoisomers. This should be covered by this property and it allows also to list all stereoisomers on all items, enabling nice SPARQL queries. In addition, it helps to better annotate amino acids, sugars and other compounds and would be a step forward to prevent users from merging different stereisomers. A potential stereosiomeric subtype can be indicated by using qualifiers, e.g. P794 (P794). This is very relevant for the chemistry and molecular biology communities here.
