- Unfortunately, the support is still insufficient for promotion for administrator, but this time it is very close, so that the next attempt can be successful.--Ymblanter (talk) 13:50, 18 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- King jakob c 2 (talk • contribs • new items • new lexemes • SUL • Block log • User rights log • User rights • xtools)
King jakob has made a number of changes to his work since his last RfA, with an additional month and a half of work and a significant presence at WD:RFD, so I would like to nominate Jakob for adminship. --Izno (talk) 22:57, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Candidate, sign below that you accept this nomination.

edit- Support, as nominator. --Izno (talk) 22:57, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose I still somehow feel unsure about this candidate's maturity. It's just my gut feeling.--Jasper Deng (talk) 23:35, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose for largely the same reason as Jasper. --Rschen7754 00:00, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- He seems able to me, and he certainly needs a more measurable indicator to improve. Else, these seem baseless. --Izno (talk) 01:02, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Maturity is not a quantitative measurement. Some of his behavior just leads me to doubt he has the requisite maturity for the right.--Jasper Deng (talk) 02:15, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Please provide some examples (diffs, links, etc). Thanks, Legoktm (talk) 06:02, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- User talk:King jakob c 2#Stop! is one example.--Jasper Deng (talk) 06:22, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking at there. What did he do wrong? Ajraddatz (Talk) 16:58, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Weak support per Jasper, But I think I also agree that he is improved.--DangSunM (talk) 01:13, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Support Can't find anything wrong with what the candidate has done here, looks like adminship would be a net positive. Unlike some of the people above, I don't have a "gut feeling" which outweighs evidence and the actual contributions of the candidate here. Some valid concerns about past RfCs created were raised on the last request, but it doesn't appear to have happened again and there is no "createrfc" right in the admin package anyway. Ajraddatz (Talk) 16:58, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Support While I have seen a couple little instances where this candidate has been immature (I'm having trouble remembering where), he has great RfD work, and will do great as an administrator. TCN7JM 16:59, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose I do get where Jasper is coming from. The discussion on their talkpage leads me to mostly believe they sidestepped the situation. The fact such items were listed leads me to believe the user would make erroneous deletions. While we do need help and while the user does seem to have improved since last month, I just do not feel it is appropriate to give users the ability to delete if they have made recent erroneous requests. While appropriate requests outweigh inappropriate ones, I just feel the user does not fully understand notability. John F. Lewis (talk) 19:45, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I think I better understand WD:N now. For instance: this afternoon I came upon Q13832336 (which has no sitelinks), but did not tag it for deletion because it is used in a statement. --Jakob (Scream about the things I've broken) 01:36, 13 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak support see both support and oppose votes but per Adminship is no big deal -- Milad A380 talk? 18:38, 14 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
