Hello, I'm Amir. I have worked on WMF projects since 2007 and I'm very glad to work here. My main interest is bots and I'm working on running bots in Wikidata since October of 2012. I made commits for it, I tracked bugs, I Imported articles via bot and etc. I want to focus on importing medium Wikis (~ 10th-25th Wikis) but there will be lots of deletion requests (and similar requests) and I thought maybe me being admin can help clearing up bots parties :D--Amir (talk) 05:59, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Neutral You seem to have a compelling case for the permission, but you only have 105 edits.--Jasper Deng (talk) 06:24, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Support Amir/Ladsgroup has been very active with Pywikipediabot/Wikidata and will be a helpful sysop. Legoktm (talk) 06:26, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak oppose per Jasper. Nothing personal, mind you. I have no problem with sysopping users based generally on their experience on other projects, but as we start to develop more idiosyncratic policies I'd like to see a bit more overall familiarity with this project specifically. You don't need to be ValterVB and get 65,000 edits, but I don't think 500-1,000 is an unreasonable expectation. — PinkAmpers&(Je vous invite à me parler) 06:59, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Amir has been working on Wikidata since October. Even though he hasn't edited much, I think he is familiar with how the project works. Legoktm (talk) 07:15, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak oppose per PinkAmpersand. --Stryn (talk) 07:13, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Your concern is reasonable but i think it's better not to integrate my edits, see speed of my edits. i made more than 50 edits in past three days and almost all of them was in the main ns. I think I'll have like 500 or even 1000 edits in the next week because I'm seriously focused on importing articles and I have a lot to do so I think I'll have more than 1K edits before the election is done Amir (talk) 08:23, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose. The number of edits don't concern me, but a lack of experience here does. Even three days ago, you started a section on the Project Chat about importing the links from medium-sized wikis, which (to me) showed a lack of understanding about the development and deployment of Wikidata. To me, the number of edits isn't important, but I think that sysops should be familiar with what's going on with Wikidata. If you get a few more weeks of experience even, I'd be OK with supporting, since there are no other concerns here. Ajraddatz (Talk) 14:26, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose per Ajraddatz/Jasper Deng. Lukas²³ talk in German Contribs 17:36, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose per PinkAmpersand.-- DangSunM (T · C) 18:05, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
