Australia constraint

Requiring a country of origin (P495) statement with Australia (Q408) doesn't work for newspapers that only existed in the 19th century, before Australia was created as a Federation. E.g., Wellington Times and Agricultural and Mining Gazette (Q56059487), which only existed in Colony of Tasmania (Q5148519). Ghouston (talk) 03:19, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
