What if the Property relates to a series where each of the games have a different ratings?

If there is a video game series that has multiple titles with different ratings (e.g. Q12397), and each of the rating values are listed with the "applies to part" property corresponding to all of titles which it applies to, a single-value constraint will appear. If the "applies to part" qualifier is allowed, than how come multiple values aren't allowed? Also, a rating doesn't appear for any video game series in the USK rating database (it only exists for the video games in the series), which doesn't make sense if the subject-type constraint allows a video game series. Instead of the property being improved, most items for video game series that have the statement "USK rating" will list it as the rating of the lowest rated game in the series even if a majority of the games have a higher rating. I was unaware that this property was used on video game series (Q7058673). I don’t think this should be the case, and I am surprised the constraint allows that − it looks like this was added by User:Ivan A. Krestinin in Special:Diff/1583491895. A quick SPARQL query shows this is used on 78 series-items. I would support removing all uses of USK rating (P914) on series-items, and removing the constraint.
