Motivation

edit

The Software Preservation Society (Q67174682) is a group dedicated to video game preservation (Q56153456) of floppy-disks (in a similar way as redump.org (Q55155271) for optical disks). It started for Amiga, but also covers other systems (Amstrad CPC, Atari ST…). Their database holds 6,212 entries − this does not 1-1 map to Q7889 items, as they will have a different ID per system and version (place of publication/publisher), potentially variant (eg the AGA and OCS version of Amiga games) − as such, it should be annotated the relevant qualifiers.

Amiga games are cross-linked from Hall of Light (Q61170938). Jean-Fred (talk) 20:37, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
