Motivation edit

This property aims at complementing country of citizenship (P27) : it shall help comprehend political regimen under which the people has lived under and who could have an influence on the people's life path. It would be filled with only main governments : kings/constitution/regime/colonies level (and not under)... This property might help solve certain debates on nationalities of a people. In old ages, there was no passports, thus no nationality stamped on a paper. It is distinct from P27 for the people might have lived under other rules, especially when dealing with old times, when there wasn't any official paperwork to establish nationality and for that model about old countries is like catching water in a sieve.
