Motivation edit
superfamicom.org (Q68001581) is a comprehensive database of video games published on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Q183259) − and they branched out to cover the Famicom as well.Because of that their ID scheme is a bit annoying, hence me settling for URL datatype. Quite some usage on en.wp.

- Comment How is this different from super-famicom.jp ID (P7660)?? ArthurPSmith (talk) 18:12, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- @ArthurPSmith: Thanks for asking :). Indeed, they are very similarly named ; and they of course have similar topic ; but they are different databases. super-famicom.jp ID (P7660) is Japanese-based and exclusively about Super Famicom games. superfamicom.org (Q68001581) is English-based, and covers both SNES games and NES games. Even for SNES, they are coverage differences (1868 IDs vs 1447). I would make the bet that super-famicom.jp ID (P7660) will have more about Japanese-exclusives, and superfamicom.org (Q68001581) about PAL/NTSC-U exclusives (a question to answer once we have all of them in Wikidata ;-) Jean-Fred (talk) 19:17, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
