@Hazard-SJ: A "Fachanwalt für Familienrecht" Q1391058 (rough translation: specialist lawyer for family law) is a specific term for German lawyers, who have proven their expert knowledge and practical experience in family law. In Germany there is also a term for lawyers with a focus on family law they can use in marketing, but any lawyer is (mostly) free to use this term, regardless of subject knowledge. Since Q92054987 is not specific to any jurisdiction or set of qualifications it is rather meaningless. So they are different and Q92054987 is not a clearly identifiable conceptual or material entity as required by WD:N.
