User:ViniKaHo spreading spam

Hi admins,

I want to let you know, that the User:ViniKaHo is creating items in return of money. He is creating non notable persons entities to promote him in return of money to trigger their Google knowledge panel. Also block his website profiledata.org on Wikidata.

I believe that notability criteria according to Wikidata:Notability - Wikidata is met - case 2 - "It refers to an instance of a clearly identifiable conceptual or material entity. The entity must be notable, in the sense that it can be described using serious and publicly available references."
I provided Instagram, Pinterest profiles.
Instagram account verification for blue badge is pending.
Also the Wikidata item had an e-mail attribute ( I've deleted it afterwards not to be considered "social media" ) - I can add it again if you want.
On Google you can also search for "Sorin-Mircea Neagoe" and get the same picture and also nickname - "Frostberry Rainbow" on an alumni website - alumni.cs.pub.ro.
Thank you! Frostberry Rainbow (talk) 16:42, 6 March 2022 (UTC)

Delete Clear case of spam and self-promotion. --Gymnicus (talk) 17:01, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
Hello,
About "self-promotion".
According to Collins English Dictionary "If you accuse someone of self-promotion, you disapprove of them because they are trying to make themselves seem more important than they actually are".
It is not the case.
If self-promotion has another definition on WikiData, what is that?
From what I understand WikiData is a knowledge graph with the intent of helping search engines to better organize information.
So every contributor seeks better visibility. Correct?
If I were to ask someone ( another WikiData account ) or an agency to insert an item for me, wouldn't it be "self-promotion", but in the case I do the work by myself is it self promotion?
Thank you! Frostberry Rainbow (talk) 17:04, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
Then it would only be spam and promotion, i.e. without "self". Because the data object does not meet the relevance criteria. An Instagram and Printerest account is not sufficient for point 2 of the notability criteria. And also the website alumni.cs.pub.ro, which you mention, is not a serious and publicly available reference. --Gymnicus (talk) 17:11, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
Hello Gymnicus,
Thank you for your reply!
What do you mean by "Because the data object does not meet the relevance criteria"? What is relevant for some persons may not be relevant for other persons? Is relevance a criteria? Where in the policy?
If you mean that the item cannot be considered under case 3 - "It fulfills a structural need, for example: it is needed to make statements made in other items more useful." - I agree.
Why Pinterest, Instagram are not enough?
And why alumni.cs.pub.ro is not considered serious and publicly available source? The website is broken since 1-2 months ( some PHP errors in content ) . pub.ro is a public and well-known university in Romania.
Thank you! Frostberry Rainbow (talk) 17:19, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
And the e-mail address that existed as attribute - I verified it with GMail recently ( by providing card details ) Frostberry Rainbow (talk) 17:51, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
