Excess of restrictions

I think that this property has way many restrictions. I start with the ones that don't make much sense:

• inventory number (P217): The inventory number is actually Barcelona Public art ID (P8601) so no additional inventory number (P217) is needed.
• collection (P195): Those are elements of public art in the street, not belonging to a collection, with very few exceptions. A collection doesn't make sense for most (nearly all) of them.
• location (P276): Maybe some day we will have items for all streets and squares in Barcelona, but meanwhile located in the administrative territorial entity (P131) and coordinate location (P625) seem enough as a requirement for location.
