Motivation edit

A complete and reliable database, containing detailed information related to different aspects of Italian cinema. Already used as a reference and as a value for described at URL (P973)

People included in the database for example are not only directors or composers, but also journalists or essayist and their descriptions can be very detailed.

There are many items that can be created and that are currently missing on Wikidata, including actors or directors who have been working for decades.

There are even url architectures for producers ([1] [2]) and press agents [3]. Please notice that if IDs are unified including the "/pers" string in the first one, the ID will automatically work also for these minor subcategories.

Personally, IMHO the two proposed here are the main ones, I would focus solely on those two for the moment.--Alexmar983 (talk) 20:57, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

In my opinion, the number itself could be used as an identifier, because 000008 is a valid page as well as 000008/valerio-mastandrea.
As in Amazon product URLs, the number/code is the unique identifier, while after that number we can also type a wrong name as 000008/valeriA-mastandrea.
