Motivation

edit

IGN has many, many entries for the franchise that games, movies, TV series, comics and tech belong to.

It sounds great, but there's a few pitfalls with this one. The formatter URL is quite unfortunate, https://www.ign.com/tech/franchise/airpods has results where https://www.ign.com/games/franchise/airpods obviously doesn't - though the same ID is still being used for each category. If they exist, the more generic media franchise (Q196600) items would likely be preferred over video game series (Q7058673) and etc., due to the identifier being reused across the 5 categories.

An alternative could be creating different properties for each category, but that just seems like unnecessary redundancy considering it's the same identifier.
