Weak oppose I think subclass of (P279) could do the job pretty well. These are microprocessor types that entails a lot of structural properties of the processor, for example the presence or absence of some type of cache memory : I’d vote for

or the presence or abscence of a graphics parts. Maybe, but we need to standardize how to use subclass of (P279) and instance of (P31) for hardware, considering how the other projects use them. subclass of (P279) is used by |tipo=at Ficha de hardware (eg.
