--- Jura 05:58, 19 April 2017 (UTC)- @Jura1, Erfurth: Well, that's a complicated case, these are not entirely the same, etoposide glucuronide (Q27277698) is the acid form, glucuronosyletoposide(1-) (Q27106769) has a negative charge, so is the conjugate base version of the acid form. They have different InChI (keys) and different identifiers, except for the CAS number. The whole issue could be due to an error/incompleteness in ChEBI, but its really hard to resolve because if these two items are being merged we introduce ID chaos, something we have been trying hard to resolve. I would argue to leave them as they are for now, until there is a solution. I already have proposed a property stereoisomer of (P3364) for handling isoforms, so I could handle this by proposing 'is conjugate acid of' and 'is conjugate base of' to allow representing these instances (as ChEBI does it).
