- @Jura1: the instance of (P31) is a mistake (ping @Mutante: for confirmation) or - at the very least - contradictory with the sitelink in the first version: [3]. The link was then removed but keeping the link and correcting the P31 would have make more sense. Now, the best solution would be to merge the two items, no need for deletion. The English Wikipedia article mentions two types: Tenancy in common (Q875205) and joint tenancy. Q12157034 looks similar to Q875205 (or is possibly a subclass of it), and the ukwiki link in Q2607583 looks similar to joint tenancy, but I don't know if there is a Wikidata item for it.
