Task/s: setting "atomic number" for all chemical elements
Function details: with the same crieria used for WikiPeriod, i built a static internal "database" with the atomic number of each element; when the "Number (not available yet)" datatype will be available, and the property "atomic number" will be created, I'll be ready to set them. --Ricordisamoa 21:24, 20 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Do you have a link to test edits? ·Add§hore· Talk To Me! 17:36, 1 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- The code is almost written, but I'm still waiting for the "number" datatype to be supported and for the relevant property ("atomic number") to be created. --Ricordisamoa 21:30, 1 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I trust the operator, so I Support. --Pyfisch (talk) 15:38, 19 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Okay, then it looks like we are just looking for a few tests when everything is ready :) ·Add§hore· Talk To Me! 13:46, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Support - The bot could also add this information to items about isotopes. --Tobias1984 (talk) 07:52, 28 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
:: Support But I would wait for the URL and date datatype in order to add a reference with the atomic number and at the same time to add the atomic mass. The best reference is the next one: IUPAC. From that reference we can add the atomic mass and number and the reference defined as:
- P357 (P357): IUPAC Periodic Table of the Elements
- publisher (P123): International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (Q33438)
- Date of publication: June, 1rst 2012
- language of work or name (P407): English (Q1860)
- URL: http://www.iupac.org/highlights/periodic-table-of-the-elements.html
- Date of last access: today

- Conditional support - only, of course, if the right properties and data types are present.--Jasper Deng (talk) 05:45, 30 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Support of course. If the bot will add also the references as explained above, there will be a great job! --Paperoastro (talk) 08:42, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Support looks good, operator has run a similar task and I trust him to run it well here. Ajraddatz (Talk) 15:59, 7 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Any test edits yet ? ;p ·addshore· talk to me! 21:27, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- The datatype isn't up as yet, so I doubt it :P Hazard-SJ ✈ 04:21, 28 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- who knows, we might soon have a datatype to test with! :O ·addshore· talk to me! 18:06, 5 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Element symbol, atomic number and atomic mass can be sourced with Atomic weights of the elements 2009 (IUPAC Technical Report) (Q13422885): if the bot can add the source, Support, else Oppose Snipre (talk) 20:18, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak support A good idea, but there are < 150 items where this property would go. --Jakob (Scream about the things I've broken) 01:03, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Why is that an issue? Legoktm (talk) 07:33, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- @Ricordisamoa:, is this ready to be approved now? Legoktm (talk) 16:41, 3 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- @Legoktm: of course! --Ricordisamoa 22:06, 22 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Yay! Legoktm (talk) 06:16, 1 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- @Legoktm: of course! --Ricordisamoa 22:06, 22 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
