- the last example is slightly different it leads to "For pregnant women" Germartin1 (talk) 09:30, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
- @Germartin1: yes, that really means "a product for pregnant women". That is the nature if CPV Supplementary: it clarifies a product or service that an authority wants to procure. --Vladimir Alexiev (talk) 05:31, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- Why is 'code' not in the property name? Why is Supplementary capitalized? The description should explain what the property is about and not just repeat the abbreviation. ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 15:15, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: "Supplementary" is capitalized in the official description. My description does say what the prop is about, please read it more carefully (I always add proposed aliases to that field because there is no field for aliases). If you like, please add "code" to the name, I agree --Vladimir Alexiev (talk) 05:31, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- @Vladimir Alexiev: The above description is currently "Supplementary code to qualify or clarify a CPV code". That sentence says nothing about Procurement or who's the authority for those codes. Oppose ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 17:27, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: To understand what CPV is, the reader should go and read the entry about CPV. Please explain what is the reason for your opposition? --Vladimir Alexiev (talk) 09:23, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
- I believe that the point of the description is to tell the reader in 1-2 sentences what the property is about and currently that's not done. ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 20:27, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: The supplementary code cannot exist without the main code. So to understand the supplementary, you must first understand the main code. Could you please edit the description to your liking, and then vote? Thanks! --Vladimir Alexiev (talk) 09:03, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
- Giving that I don't have much domain knowledge I'm not sure what the best way to explain the meaning is in 1-2 sentences. I did take a stab at it. ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 12:05, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
