Created when adding some characters that aren't encoded in Unicode as precomposed characters (i.e. they can only be typed by combining Unicode characters), but do exist as precomposed characters in one or more older character encoding standards. Turns out that my source had an error, and this one does exist as a precomposed character after all. That makes it an inferior duplicate of Q87532705. Not appropriate for merging, as it would simply be incorrect to state that ᅇᅠ was an alias for ㆀ. The only reason for putting that in the first place is because it was the best possible imitation of a character that I didn't think actually existed in Unicode.
