- Sorry to have closed this request too early, no problem that you reopen it.
- The contributor seem to be a block evader, also this user have tendency to create hoaxes. Like Q116269478 don't even exist as a book, even if the author and the editor exist. Like he contribute to 93.148.144.72, after 87.8.152.181 and then 151.21.147.165 after the previous one was blocked globally.

Active on enWikiquote too?
I just noticed this is passing on wikidata in passing and noted on the English Wikiquote there are quite a number of articles being created around Lake Como. While [:q:en:Wikiquote:Votes for deletion/Cadenabbia|this example]] is/was up for deletion there are others that relate to settlement articles on the english Wikipedia and would be valid on Wikiquote from a notability viewpoint. - I have deleted everything that mass delete will touch. We need some scripting to get the rest.
- I have set up a new filter Special:AbuseFilter/208 to detect future instances. It's hard to set up a good filter that won't catch regular users, so I'm reluctant to make the filter prevent edits or block users. I was thinking about just putting a warning message on it. Something like:
- There is a long-term abuser who repeatedly spams Wikidata with items about Lake Como. These items are always deleted and the user blocked. Are you sure you wish to proceed with this edit?
