Wikidata:Requests for permissions/Administrator/Dr.üsenfieber

- I am closing this request as unsuccessful, since the support is insufficient; however many voters think that the second request, after the candidate gets more experience, could be successful--Ymblanter (talk) 19:30, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello everyone, I'm Dr.üsenfieber and I'd like to request sysop permissions. I've made my first edit to Wikidata in 2014 and have been a rollbacker for about a year. Within the last year I was mostly combating vandalism. I'd like to continue doing so, but help reducing the Backlog at WD:RfD and WD:AN, instead of extending it, i.e. I'd mostly use the privileges to delete items and respond to requests at WD:AN. I'm aware of the fact that my edit count is probably on the lower end for a successful RfA, but I decided to request them anyway, since I believe that Wikidata needs more Admins and I've worked a lot with Wikidata as a user in times when I haven't been contributing.
I have no experience with elevated permissions other then rollback on other Wikimedia projects, but I'm administrating a MediaWiki with SMW at work. I speak German (native), English, Spanish (CEFR B2), Esperanto (CEFR B2) and Romanian (CEFR A1). I have studied romance languages as a major and therefore have a basic understanding of other romance languages.
Please, feel free to ask any questions on my past or future activities.Votes
edit- Oppose Only 149 edits on wikidata namespace. No relevant experience interacting with property. I think you have rollback enough to cope with the current work of the task. (`・ω・´) (talk) 15:07, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

- Initial support Rather recent hunter. Please use standard messages for prevention on user TPs, @Dr.üsenfieber:. You can use User:Bene*/userwarn.js on your common.js for example. —Eihel (talk) 20:41, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak support A good track record of anti-vandalism work and no obvious red flags, but would prefer more experience in the project namespace.--Jasper Deng (talk) 05:09, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Support No concerns as to whether or not user will misuse the admin tools. ミラP@Miraclepine 05:46, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose for now - a modest number of edits, especially in the Wikidata namespace, and most of the edits performed within the strictly limited time. Of course the last one can be justified by a loaded work, but it's still not in favor of the involvement into the WD community. --Wolverène (talk) 06:02, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose For Now , User:Dr.üsenfieber The user needs more experience for admin rights. Rollback rights are enough for now. I am new in Wikidata may be my concerns don't matter to others. The user has 6k edits only within 7years and the most active year in 2020 during the world lockdown crisis and creates lots of entities without any notably. So this is my vote for the user. Auramstate (talk) 08:05, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- @auramstate:Can you give me an example of non-notable entities, that I created? No Item I created has been deleted or requested for deletion so far. -- Dr.üsenfieber (talk) 08:25, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak support as Jasper Deng. --Epìdosis 11:00, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Support per Jasper Deng. The candidate has a lot of counter-vandalism experience here and I trust that they have the ability to perform administrative actions by themselves. Jianhui67 talk★contribs 11:18, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak oppose I hate to do this since we so desperately need more admins but 6k edits including a bunch of QS edits seems rather low to get signal here. BrokenSegue (talk) 01:20, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Neutral Jasper Deng makes a compelling case, but I agree that there is a lack of experience in some important areas. --DannyS712 (talk) 01:40, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak oppose per BrokenSegue; would be willing to reconsider after some sustained activity in fora mentioned by others. Mahir256 (talk) 05:59, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Neutral Dr.üsenfieber does good job as a rollbacker. But I think he/she should gain experience in different areas (much more requests for deletions and blocking and different namespaces etc.) per some other comments. Uncitoyen (talk) 08:35, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak support per Jasper Deng. Valdemar2018 (talk) 18:56, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Neutral Nadzik (talk) 19:57, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Neutral You are doing a good job so far, but please gain a bit more experience. Next time I would support your request. --Ameisenigel (talk) 07:41, 20 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Support - some good anti-vandal work. Some more experience in the WD namespace would be nice, but we really need people to help with counter-vandalism and giving this user access to the tools will help. -- Ajraddatz (talk) 04:38, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Neutral --Rzuwig► 07:52, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Support --FriedrickMILBarbarossa (talk) 02:18, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Support per Ajr. User is active in the areas where the tools are needed.-BRP ever 13:00, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
