New url

The root-URL used for the database has changed. I have tried to update it, but not sure how to it properly. I have changed formatter URL (P1630) and URL match pattern (P8966) to reflect the change, but that doesn't seem to affect the actually linked pages.

It also seems like some players are not accessible at the moment. From a small sample it looks like players no longer active, like the players listed as examples, is a problem. Though it might be that they are just transferring data right now.
