Disagree I agree that named after (P138) is the correct concept here, and the only other thing you would need to do is place a qualifier of the language of the namesake. In the case of Ferrari, the meaning is "blacksmith" in the Italian language. The etymology is is "ferro" (iron). Comment named after is a completely different concept, ex. in South Asia castes are linked to profession but not named after, in Europe different names may be linked to the same occupation and may change over centuries, although "named after" applies often it may not apply always.
