Motivation
editiXBT is one of the oldest Internet portals in Russia - this year it turns 25 years old. In 2007, the site allocated a separate domain for the section on computer games, where reviews and news of the gaming industry are published. MasterRus21thCentury (talk) 19:10, 2 February 2022 (UTC)

Support, but there are two things you need to know about this website:
- 1. This website, in my opinion, is the most unstable database among reliable Russian-language video game databases. It may happen that one day the database will give you a 500 Internal Server Error, and it will take several weeks before this website is completely restored. It's already happened, so don't worry if it happens again.
- 2. The second thing to know is that when this website was known as gametech.ru, it contained a database with numeric identifiers and there were no problems. Now that they've moved from gametech.ru to ixbt.games, strange things happened. The entire database now uses a combination of URL slugs and numeric IDs (some examples [1], [2], [3], [4]). Yeah, it's a mess, but there is a solution. The numeric identifier can be found by the string gameId using Ctrl+U on the game's page. (example: numeric ID for this game is 5429).
