Motivation edit

This property will be a counterpart of reason for deprecated rank (P2241). My motiviation is to be able to record the reason for selecting one coordinate as preferred, over another, to best represnt geographic entities. Support: although I'd like to see some better examples. "preferred for editorial reasons" sounds like "because somebody prefers it that way", which could already be guessed because they set the preferred rank. "Most recent value" would be one such reason.
