Archives Portal Europe ID

If a UK organisation has IDs for both ARCHON code (P3642) and Archives Portal Europe ID (P7764), the latter ID should be "GB-" plus the Archon ID.

Here is a query for where the item with the latter does not match the item with the former: https://w.wiki/5J3t

• Possible exception: Albert Sloman Library (Q50826703) / University of Essex Special Collections (Q81165235) where the two underlying websites make different choices. Jheald (talk) 10:14, 17 June 2022 (UTC)

• Query: https://w.wiki/5JaS indicates that there are also a number of cases where a value for archives at (P485) is being used to point to a whole institution/location, that is a broader value than the specialist collections/libraries that have values of ARCHON code (P3642) and//or Archives Portal Europe ID (P7764). Quick take from twitter [1] is that it may be better to leave these as they are, rather than rush in and potentially introduce errors (unless information on more precise location is absolutely cast-iron).
