Jane poked me about the missing locations (11598 according to the report) so I spend some time on implementing that. This query gives a good overview of the locations we have:

A location has to show up Wikidata:WikiProject sum of all paintings/Collection/National Trust/locations to be picked up by the robot. When the job is done, I'll post the list of skipped locations so these can be matched up and the bot can add more locations. I also halved the list of ART UK violations.
