It's very useful to accomplish the task forces, but maybe IMHO you could translate the tooltip in several languages. In Italian

• 't-prev', 'Elemento precedente'
• 't-next', 'Elemento successivo'

To replace a text with a small icon is easy. This (from a js console) runs for first element:

Please use mw.util.wikiGetlink('Q' + (itemId + 1)) instead of '/wiki/Q' + (itemId + 1) and add the Portuguese translation:

Hi again! When my language is set to norwegian bokmål (nb) the previous and next arrows shows the english text instead of the norwegian. Maybe you still have to do it with nb? Also, the gadget doesn't seem to work in monobook. --Kristian Vangen 04:56, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
