Use of the property as a qualifier edit

I think this property should only be used as a qualifier for the property member of sports team (P54). The number of caps makes sense only if you already know which national team is concerned. Yet a sportsperson can play or have played for different national teams either because he immigrated to another country or because his country split itself (think about the Czechoslovakian in the 1990s) or because he plays several sports (rugby union and rugby VIIs for instance). You can look at the page of Yannis Okkas (Q462888) if you want to see what it could be like. Casper Tinan (talk) 09:55, 8 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
